Customer Satisfaction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; please notify us as soon as possible if you are not and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Once you receive your products you have 10 days to notify us if you would like to return it.

No claim for shortage or damage can be allowed unless we are advised within 7 days of delivery and no claim for non-delivery can be recognised unless you advise us 14 days after the invoice date.

In the event of any claim on the items purchased in this invoice; seller’s liability in no circumstances exceed the invoice proceed of the defective goods in question.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

We undertake to replace any goods defective in workmanship or materials if returned within 7 days of delivery, but we cannot accept any other responsibility.

Damage to or loss of the products shall be passed onto the buyer once delivery has been complete so please check your purchased items as soon as they are delivered.


All products must be returned in the same condition they were received, including its original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if original packaging has already been removed.
